Posts - search and overview

The list of contributions helps you find an article and distinguish between published content, drafts and planned articles. Filters can be combined.

Steps

  1. In the "Search" field, write part of the title, address, section or author.
  2. Select a rubric, state or author as needed.
  3. Click "Filter" to review the records found.
  4. For the selected record, use "Edit" if you need to change its content.

Important fields

Status
Distinguishes between "Published", "Drafts" and "Scheduled". The filter used only limits the list.
Sort by
Specifies the order of the records along with the sort direction.
Entries per page
Changes the size of the displayed list page.
Cancel filters
Returns a list without the currently applied constraints.

Warning

For a bulk operation, first verify the marked records and the selected action. Changing the state can make content available on the site.
